  I've been attending for 15 years (mainly because my dad is the pastor), but to me, the fact that before my dad started at Bethlehem, the congregation was introduced to a new pastor and his family every few years. They refuse to let my dad go. Of course, churches have flaws -- people have flaws, people make up churches -- but as hard as I try, I always come back to Bethlehem. It's like home.
